Give your eyes a break

Who does not take pleasure in a great book? With today’s rushed lifestyle, it appears that not many people read nowadays. It is such a trajedy! Something has to be done about the lack of reading. I am not just referring to books. We read less in general. Think about the last time you read a newspaper? I think the only reading anyone does nowadays is on a computer. And I think it is destroying people’s eyes. I have many friends who have jobs which require them to use a computer most of the work day. Now, after many years in these jobs they are all wearing glasses now. They’ve destroyed their eyes.

Just as people really should walk a little each day, I really think people need to take a little bit of time and enjoy a little bit of pleasure reading. It will relax your mind. I really think it’s great for you too!
